I get that its built to service Lufkin, Texas, but it allowed me to turn on a Tropical Satellite layer, and slide over to watch Irene pass the D.R. (Ive got friends there).

each point on the Tropical Tracks and Storm Tracks overlays will deliver relative details about that position regarding the storm, and the play button shows the storms movement over the google satellite map they use, along with the time for each image of the animation. confused at all ? the help button is very robust, but I didnt really need it. it all just makes sense.

now, ysee all the graphics they overlay on the whole thing ? turn to landscape view !!
